The smart phone application
The Reactivate Wellbeing Challenge smart phone application works on most IOS and Android devices. Once activated your employees will be able to download the app from the relevant app store and then after entering their validation code, they will be taken on a tour of the program and tutorials on how to use the app. On completion of the tour they will be asked to complete a brief on boarding set of questions. At the end of this process the program presents the user with a spider graph highlighting their wellbeing areas of strength and those that require attention.
Next they are presented with a personalised dashboard containing the wellbeing instruments that represent the areas requiring most attention. The employee either accepts or further personalises their dashboard after which they will be presented with the first week’s challenge sets. Employees can then select the challenges and personalise everything from when they will do a challenge to how they will be reminded about each challenge. Simple, making small changes to your lifestyle daily has an exponential effect on wellbeing.
The Employer Portal
Reactivate’s Wellbeing Challenge Employer Portal puts you in the driver’s seat. Here you will be able to see information on how your organisation’s Wellbeing Challenge is progressing . Information rich graphs and charts quickly provide you with an up to date snap shot of how your team is progressing. This includes levels of engagement, number of challenges completed and ROI measures.
